DELIVERY & RETURNS

DELIVERY

We aim to get items shipped within 2 working days unless otherwise stated or contacted. However we may experience high volumes of orders around holiday times and therefore shipments may be delayed by a few days.

 

We offer FREE UK STANDARD DELIVERY on all orders over £150 and FREE NEXT DAY DELIVERY on all orders over £200.

All of our items will be sent first class signed for and insured for the price of your purchase.

 

Orders are not dispatched on weekends or the following holiday/bank holiday dates:

(2022)

Monday 2nd January - New Year’s Day

Friday 15th April - Good Friday

Monday 18th April - Easter Monday

Monday 29th August - Summer bank holiday

In addition to the above Bank Holiday dates orders are not dispatched during the period:

Saturday 17th December 2022 to Monday 2nd January 2023.

RETURNS

Due to us being a small business and stocking small independent brands, our returns policy lasts 5 days.

 

If you wish to return an item please notify us by emailing us at janeandharryalnmouth@gmai.com  prior to posting your item back to us. 

 

We must be notified within 5 days of receiving your item, if you wish to return. If 5 days have gone by since receiving purchase, unfortunately I can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 

​

Please use registered post or recorded delivery when returning goods as it reduces the chances of packages being lost or incurring further damage in transit. 

 

We advise that you use a tracked service that covers the costs of the product being returned as we cannot be responsible for a return which is not safely delivered

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

​

Items that can not be returned:

  • Unfortunately for hygiene reasons we cannot exchange or refund earrings. 

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges on any sale item. 

  • Gift Cards are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
