FAQS

WHERE IS MY ORDER?

Once you’ve completed your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. We’ll notify you via email again once we’ve dispatched your order, where you’ll receive a link to track its progress. We work with a third-party courier company to ensure a safe and timely delivery of your order. 

Please note, we aim to deliver all orders placed on Standard Delivery within 2 working days, however some issues fall outside of our control, meaning on occasion your delivery may be delayed. 

If you selected and paid for our Next Day Delivery service, please note that this is applicable for orders placed Monday - Thursday before 1pm. An order placed after 1pm on a Thursday will be delivered on the Monday, as the next working day.

HOW CAN I AMEND MY ORDER?

HOW MUCH WILL IT COST TO RETUNR AN ITEM?

We ask that all items are returned to us tracked and signed for and covered for the amount of the product, so that it is insured while out for delivery. Depending on the size of the item and weight, the cost of your return may vary.
