Due to the us being a small business and stocking small independent brands, our returns policy lasts 5 days. We must be notified within 5 days of receiving your item, if you wish to return. If 5 days have gone by since receiving purchase, unfortunately I can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

To return your product, please ship FIRST CLASS & SIGNED and covered up to the amount of the product  you have purchased to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

All of our items will be sent first class signed for and insured for the price of your purchase. We aim to get items shipped within 2 working days unless otherwise stated or contacted.

 

The beads are made to the highest standard and are extremely hard-wearing however naturally, the patinas and coatings will change appearance over time depending on conditions of use and wear.
Remove jewellery when exercising, doing strenuous physical activity, sleeping or swimming as the salts in your sweat can have an effect on the finish as can perfumes, oils and chemicals.
Lightly clean item with warm, mildly soapy water.
